Born in 1960, Tristan Winter lived throughout the world, traveling with his coat and hat,
working professionally since the age of twelve as a painter, writer, director, poet, essayist, journalist, songwriter, and worse.
This site is an ongoing effort to trace and collect the hubcaps, ripped treads, broken mirrors, and other debris of a life in the art lane.
